I am extremely proud of my Eastern European roots. My nationality cocktail consists mainly of Lithuanian, Carpatho-Rusyn with a dash of Polish. I recently learned the tradition of making pelmeni aka (Koldunai in Lithuanian) by a fabulous Ukrainian friend with a very kind heart.
A little trivia for you! Kolunai comes from the Russian word meaning "sorcerer."
