Hello getting back in the cooking saddle! I learned this simple recipe from my father. We had it for the New Years celebration with pork.
Ingredieants
3 lbs yellow onions
3/4 lb butter
Sauerkraut (Well rinsed and
squeezed)
2 Tbsp Caraway seeds
Melt butter and saute onions in pan.
Next add caraway seeds
Lastly add the sauerkraut and cook until butter is absorbed.
